Additional Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Additional Purchase Order Requirements (per AS9100):

1. Supplier (vendor) shall notify SpaceAge Control of any nonconforming products or material and gain SpaceAge Control approval of same prior to shipment.
2. Supplier (vendor) shall notify SpaceAge Control of any changes in the product and/or process definition and gain buyer approval of same, prior to shipment.
3. Supplier (vendor) shall grant access by the SpaceAge Control, SpaceAge Control's customer, and regulatory authorities to all facilities involved in the fulfillment of this order, and to all applicable records.
4. Supplier (vendor) shall flow down, as applicable, these same requirements to their sub-tier suppliers (vendors) in their purchasing documents, including key characteristics where required. The supplier (vendor) shall ensure the adequacy of specified purchase requirements prior to their communication with their sub-tier supplier (vendor).
